How do I order?

Ordering is quick and simple. Browse the collection to choose your design then add your chosen invitation to cart and pay. The RSVP for the single invitation (it’s already included in suites) and optional extras like: velvet ribbon and belly bands can be added when you click add to cart or added and paid for during customisation.

A luxury envelope is included with every invitation at no extra cost. Custom coloured, textured, foiled or velvet envelopes can be added and paid for during customisation if you wish.

All customisation takes place via email after you’ve ordered so there’s no stress in having to make decisions about customisation at checkout. Instead, you can do it at your leisure, at a convenient time, so you can think carefully about what you want.

In addition to adding yours and your partner’s names plus your wedding details, there may or may not be other changes you want to make to the design, such as colours or fonts or swapping velvet ribbon for silk or adding custom envelopes.

At this point, you’ll also be able to select the colour and design of your belly band if you choose one or the colour of your ribbon and more.

What does customisation involve?

The customisation process will begin within 2 days of ordering when you receive your first proof and an invitation to amend the design. We will collect your details for personalisation plus any changes you want to make to the design. The proofing process will continue until the design is exactly what you want.

Customisation is optional, you don’t have to make changes to the design, you can leave it exactly as it is and just send the details for personalisation when you get the first email if you wish.

Personalised vs Customised

I’ve just used both personalised and customised to refer to your invitations so it’s worth taking a moment to confirm the difference between the two terms to avoid any confusion.

Personalised means the product has been amended to include your personal details whilst customised means elements of the product’s design have been changed, according to your requests, creating a custom product that’s tailored to your specific needs and wishes.

Your invitations will be personalised with yours and your partners’ names plus your wedding details. The design will also be customised to your needs so you have an invitation completely tailored to your taste and requirements.



When and how will my order be delivered?

Once customisation is complete, your invitations will be made, carefully packaged, then dispatched using safe, tracked delivery. We’ll send you an email to let you know your order is on the way and give you the tracking number so you can track your order.

Your invitations will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery so you’ll know exactly when it’s expected to arrive. The total time for your invitations to be made, packaged and dispatched is two weeks from your final proof so once we’ve received the final proof you can start counting down the days till your invitations arrive!



What can I customise?

Whether you want to change the wording, choose a custom font or colour or have the text written in another language, all customisation options are open to you.

With time to see the first proof, fill in your details for customisation and make any changes to the original at your leisure, you can make sure your finished wedding invitation is exactly what you want. Relaxed, supported and free from pressure you can make as little or much changes to the original as you wish.



What is your proofing process?

Once you return the details for customisation, you’ll receive a new proof so you can see what your now personalised floral wedding invitation looks like. If you have any amendments to this now customised design, we will repeat the process until you have exactly what you want.

Once the final proof is approved by you, we will make, print and send your custom design so your finished floral invite really will be perfect for your celebration.



Can I add an RSVP and guest information cards?


All suites come with an RSVP. For the single invitation, add the RSVP by selecting it from the dropdown when you click add to cart. If you have extra information, choose an invitation suite which includes guest information cards for everything from menu options to parking and accommodation.



What is a modern wedding invitation?

Modern wedding invitations are less formal, more colourful and incorporate innovative graphic styles from the 1940s onwards. However informal a contemporary wedding is, it will still have elements of a traditional wedding and the same is true of modern wedding invitations.

Modern wedding invitations have familiar elements from traditional wedding invitations but come in a wider range of colours and play with less formal fonts and graphics. Wording is still largely the same although the opening sentence is often tweaked to sound more informal.

By offering a wider range of colours, less formal fonts and modern graphic styles, contemporary wedding invitations make it easier to find a design that feels more aligned with your personality and taste.
