The Fenchurch building is 160m high and officially called 20 Fenchurch Street. Its current owners, Lee Kum Kee Groups purchased the Walkie Talkie for £1.28 billion pounds in 2017, making it London’s second most expensive office space, surpassed only by 100 Bishopsgate valued at 1.5 billion. The building’s 38 floors are home to lots of companies with Sky Garden on the top 3 floors and two floors underground. You can also have your wedding or event here. Learn more
